The Scheme was formally
launched on 18 June 2003 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

Troupe (CDPPAT). |
The launching ceremony
was followed by the first of the five performances of the
CDPPAT in Hong Kong. More than 1 500 PWDs and their carers
participated in the launching ceremony cum performance of
the CDPPAT at that night.
In addition, CDPPAT also conducted four
workshops under the Scheme to share experience with local
trainers, teachers and arts groups for PWDs.
