PWDs who belong to one of the following eights categories of disability adopted by the Rehabilitation Programme Plan will be eligible to the programmes under the Scheme: (1) autism; (2) hearing impairment; (3) mental handicap; (4) mental illness; (5) physical handicap; (6) speech impairment; (7) visceral disability; and (8) visual impairment.
