How many training places would the basic training programmes provide to PWDs? If the number of applicants exceeds the training places provided, how would the training places be allocated?

The Outreach Interest Class Programme, Short Courses on Arts and Instrumental Music Training Programme will provide about 400 training places to PWDs annually. The School-based Arts Project will benefit about 10 000 disabled students and pre-schoolers annually.

The School-based Arts Project will provide training to disabled students in all Special Schools, Early Education and Training Centres and Special Child Care Centres. For other basic training programmes, admission will be decided by drawing lot if the number of applicants exceeds the training places provided.
