The theme of the exhibition and performance,
Towards Excellence, meant thats people with different ages and
with different abilities had enhanced their artistic skills
through the Jockey Club Arts for the Disabled Scheme in the
past six years and that they would be able to show their talents
in the festival. |

Scheme has been held on 30 December 2009 at the Auditorium
of Shatin Town Hall.
